Once orders are shipped out, they are placed into the hands of the shipping carriers, we only have access to the same tracking information you see from the carrier.

We appreciate your patience in responding to your email while we address everyone's questions and concerns.

Shipping Locations:

Due to shipping costs, we currently only ship inside of the United States.

Shipping Costs:

We do our best to keep shipping prices low. Pricing is based on final destination and weight, so we're doing our best to keep pricing as low as we can while getting your order to you quickly.

Order Processing and Ship Times:

Orders are processed daily and typically shipped out within 1-3 business days, excluding major holidays.

Orders within the United States take between 7-12 business days to be delivered.

Damaged Shipments:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Our shipping carriers do their best to update orders once they arrive at their processing center from us so please check with them for updates once we've shipping it using the tracking number you receive via email. Once a package leaves the warehouse it is out of our control as we do not own these shipping carriers.
